Simple Stay Near the Seafront
easy location short walk powerful shower
The location was easy to find. The seafront and town center were only a short walk. My room was big. The shower was powerful.
The hallways had a slightly dark feel.

Drinks supplies were generous in the room. The hotel directed guests to a nearby cafe. The cafe was a greasy spoon type, however it offer breakfast. The breakfast was okay.

Surprising improvements
friendly lady noticeable improvement generous supplies elevated experience
I stayed in the same room i occupied last year under the prior management, and the new team has undeniably elevated the experience. the young lady at reception was friendly. She even insisted on carrying my bag up the stairs! the room presented a level of cleanliness i didn't experience before, and the complimentary drinks were plentiful.
the absence of readily available parking presented a minor INCONVENIENCE, especially after long days of exploration.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness, promptly addressing requests and ensuring guest satisfaction. They were particularly accommodating, providing helpful local tips and assisting with luggage, a true testament to their dedication, i would say.

The owner was really good. She was lovely. she helped us on arrival and departure, which i appreciated. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel smelled of damp. That was not great. my room had chipped furniture and ripped wallpaper, disappointing.

great pressure friendly staff
the location allowed easy access to the rail station and the sea front the staff were friendly. the room was a good size and clean the shower had great pressure.
the corridors felt slightly dated.
